What we process

• Contact request: name, company, email, phone, your answers to the framing questions and your free-text message. Purpose: getting in touch with you.
• Sign-in: your email address and a one-time code. We only store a hash of the code. A strictly necessary cookie keeps your session.
• Use of the protected area: while you are signed in, we record which pages you open, for how long, how far you scroll and where you click. This helps us understand what is relevant to you and prepare our conversation. We do not record this on public pages.
• Server logs: IP address and time, for security and abuse prevention.

What we do not do

No advertising trackers, no third-party analytics, no sharing or selling of your data.

• Hosting: Hetzner Online GmbH, data centre in Germany.
• Sign-in code delivery: Resend [to be confirmed].

Retention

We keep requests and usage data for as long as a conversation or client relationship exists and delete them afterwards. Deleting your account also deletes your history.
